1. Returns

- Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with tags intact
- Products that show signs of use or damage will not be eligible for return.

- Items purchased on sale or discount (unless defective)
- Used or worn products
- Items without original packaging

5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for:

- Defective or damaged items
