  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time

  • Estimated delivery time:
    • Within Kerala: 2–4 business days
    • Rest of India: 4–7 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be available on selected products or promotional offers.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via:

    • WhatsApp / SMS (if applicable)

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD may be available on selected orders.
  • Sneekkart reserves the right to confirm COD orders via phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.

6. Delays

  • Delivery delays may occur due to:
    • Weather conditions
    • Courier issues
    • Incorrect address provided
  • Sneekkart is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

7. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.
  • Sneekkart will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours with proof.
  • We will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier partner.
